Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your garments and place them in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the item is in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
